Phantom PHANTOM OF INFERNO NITRO ARCHIVE Steam Achievements

Thirty-four trophies for endings, character flags, and extra galleries, not a combat scoreboard.

Steam Achievements

Phantom PHANTOM OF INFERNO NITRO ARCHIVE ships with 34 Steam achievements. They are a completionist checklist for a branching visual novel: story endings, character relationship flags, and extra galleries. They are not difficulty medals and they are not multiplayer challenges. This page names only what Steam has actually highlighted, explains how the older Xbox 360 set maps onto those ideas, and then sends you to the endings guide and the walkthrough for the choices themselves. A fake 34-row table would be worse than a short honest list.

Ein and Drei face off, a scene tied to hidden story flags

What the 34 trophies actually track

Steam’s own store strip currently shows character and gallery icons rather than shooter medals. Treat the set as three buckets.

Endings. Several trophies fire when you reach a named conclusion. The 360-era list used titles such as Woman of high castle for a Claudia conclusion, plus other route names for Ein, Cal, Mio, and the late-game splits. Steam’s highlighted Phantom of Inferno name sits in this family: a banner trophy for engaging the full title, not a random pickup. You will not 100 percent the set from a single unplanned click-through.

Character flags. Visible Steam names include Ein, Zwei, Cal, Claudia, Mio, and Lizzie. Hidden names include Drei, Phantom, Reiji, and Elen. On the 360 set, Ein was “learned about Ein,” Zwei was “became Zwei,” Claudia friendship used the English nickname Crow/Deer, and Reiji was a secret for recovering the protagonist’s past. Steam keeps those ideas even when the English label is just the character’s name. Flags usually require staying on that person’s route, answering in their favor, or seeing a late identification scene. Missing a flag is normal on a first loop.

Galleries and extras. Steam’s store strip includes Gun Collector. That is the gun-gallery completion trophy: every firearm that the extra menu can catalog. The 360 list also had CG 50 percent, CG complete, individual gun models, a present for Cal, and a “viewed every firearm write-up” trophy. Steam compressed the extras into 34 entries instead of the 360’s 40, so do not assume every 360 gun-model trophy still exists as its own Steam row. CG mode is in the Steam extras. Sound mode is in the extras. Recollection mode is not. You fill stills by seeing them in play, not by scrubbing an H-scene replay list that this port does not include.

Hidden names, listed as hidden

Steam marks some trophies hidden until they unlock. Confirmed hidden names from the store highlighting are:

  • Drei (hidden)
  • Phantom (hidden)
  • Reiji (hidden)
  • Elen (hidden)

Drei is the rival assassin; seeing that dossier is a story flag, not a menu cheat. Phantom as a hidden trophy is the title Ein carries, usually tied to succession rather than the first training scene. Reiji is the protagonist’s recovered name. Elen is a closeness flag that many first playthroughs never touch. This page will not paste trigger spoilers over those four names. If you want the exact branches, use the walkthrough with extra saves.

Xbox 360 overlap, not a copied 40-list

The 2012 Xbox 360 remake published 40 achievements. TrueAchievements and GameFAQs still host that 360 list. Useful 360-era names that describe the same work you will do on Steam include Woman of high castle, gun-gallery completion (Gun Mania on 360, Gun Collector on Steam), and Crow/Deer for becoming close to Claudia. Other 360 rows covered specific sidearms, a gift to Cal, and a 50 percent CG checkpoint. Steam did not keep all 40 as separate API names. Quote 360 labels when they help you recognize a scene, but tick Steam’s 34 boxes in the Steam overlay, not on a 360 spreadsheet.

Typical play time for the visual novel is about 20 hours if you read. Achievement hunters on 360 used heavy save-scumming to collapse that into a shorter trophy pass. On Steam you still need multiple endings and the galleries. Chapter passwords and extra save slots are the intended shortcuts, not an external trainer.

Completionist path

Do this in order if you care about 34/34.

  1. Install on Windows 11 as described on system requirements, then learn skip, auto, and save slots from the controls guide and the getting started guide. Cloud saves help, but keep local extras.
  2. Play Chapter 1 without a spoiler map if you want a clean first ending. When you are ready to hunt flags on purpose, switch to the walkthrough. That guide is the choice list; this page is only the trophy logic.
  3. Plan at least one Ein-leaning loop and one Claudia-leaning loop. Cal, Mio, Lizzie, and Elen flags sit on specific branches. Drei and Phantom hidden trophies sit on identification and succession scenes. Reiji sits on memory recovery.
  4. After each ending, open extras. Note which CG stills and which guns appeared. Steam’s Gun Collector trophy wants the gallery full, which means seeing the associated weapon text in play, not buying a DLC pack.
  5. Use chapter passwords to resume later chapters instead of rereading every line. The endings guide is the map of named conclusions, including the 360-era Woman of high castle style splits.
  6. Because recollection mode is absent, a deleted save can orphan a still. Keep a slot before airport-scale decisions and before any character you have not flagged yet.

You do not need a second Steam account and you do not need a code. Family Sharing can let another profile play the same install, but achievements attach to the Steam user who is running the game.

What this page will not do

It will not invent the remaining unnamed Steam trophies. It will not claim the 360’s Mateba / USP / P226 rows still exist as separate Steam achievements. It will not list unlock percentages that change every hour. For story order, use the walkthrough. For which ending is which, use the endings guide. For who the trophies are named after, use the characters hub. Official store text remains on the Steam page.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers for new Steam players and returning fans.

How many Steam achievements are in NITRO ARCHIVE?

34. They track endings, character flags, and galleries. The Xbox 360 remake had 40; Steam did not copy that list one-for-one.

Which achievement names are hidden?

Confirmed hidden names are Drei, Phantom, Reiji, and Elen. Visible highlights include Phantom of Inferno, Ein, Zwei, Cal, Claudia, Mio, Lizzie, and Gun Collector.

Do I need every ending for 100 percent?

Yes for the ending trophies. Follow the endings guide and reuse chapter passwords from the walkthrough instead of rereading every line.

Why is there no full 34-name table here?

Steam has not published a stable public list of every English API name on this wiki's sources. Inventing the rest would be worse than naming the confirmed ones.

How do I finish galleries without recollection mode?

See the stills and guns in play, then check CG mode and the gun gallery in extras. There is no scene-replay menu. Keep extra saves.

Is Gun Collector the same as the 360 Gun Mania trophy?

It is the same job: complete the gun gallery. The Steam store icon is labeled Gun Collector. The 360 English nickname was Gun Mania.
